About these terms

These terms govern your use of the NutritionEast website and the services provided by Abdus Samad Azad trading as NutritionEast, based at 204a Cambridge Heath Road, Bethnal Green, London E2 9NQ. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

NutritionEast provides holistic health consultations including Holistic Nutrition, Energetic Nutrition, Unani Tibb Medicine, Life Coaching, and Wellbeing Counselling. These services are complementary health services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical doctor.

If you have a medical condition or are taking prescribed medication, you should inform your GP before beginning any complementary health programme. In an emergency, always contact the NHS on 999 or attend your nearest A&E.

Bookings and payment

Appointments are confirmed on receipt of full payment by bank transfer within 24 hours of booking. Your appointment slot is not reserved until payment is received. Consultation fees are £75 to £150 per session depending on service and session length.

A free 15-minute discovery call is available before booking a paid consultation. This call does not constitute a consultation and no health advice is given during it.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Where a refund is granted, it will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

Your statutory rights

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. If something doesn't meet this standard, please let us know so we can put it right.
