Life Coaching

Get Unstuck. Move Forward.

A life coaching consultation focuses on where you are now, where you want to be, and what is getting in the way. Sessions are structured, practical, and built around your specific situation. Not a generic framework.

A free 15-minute conversation about what you're experiencing and whether a full consultation is the right next step. No commitment, no pressure.

What's involved

Structured sessions built around your goals

A first session is 50 minutes. It establishes where you are, what you want to change, and what has been stopping you. Each subsequent session builds on the last, with accountability and a clear plan you own.

Clarity on what you want

Structured conversation to identify what you're working toward and what is genuinely holding you back.

Practical action plan

Concrete steps between sessions. Not motivational theory. A plan you can follow in your actual life.

One-to-one accountability

Progress reviewed each session. If something isn't working, the approach adjusts, not the goal.

In-person or online

Sessions at Cambridge Heath Road, Bethnal Green, or via video call UK-wide.

If your first consultation doesn't give you clarity on next steps, your next session is on us.

I'd been stuck in the same patterns for years. The sessions gave me a way to actually see what was happening and start making real changes. It felt practical, not abstract.

About life coaching sessions

What does a life coaching session involve?

A first session is 50 minutes. It establishes where you are now, what you want to achieve, and what is currently getting in the way. Each session is structured and practical, focused on real progress, not general discussion.

What is the difference between life coaching and counselling?

Life coaching is forward-focused. It works on goals, decision-making, and removing obstacles. Counselling focuses on processing past experiences and emotional wellbeing. Both are available here, and some clients find a combination of the two helpful.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients start with three to six sessions and review progress from there. Some people come with a specific goal and achieve it in fewer sessions. There is no fixed programme. The number of sessions is led by what you need.

Do I need a GP referral to see a life coach?

No referral is needed. You can book directly. A free 15-minute discovery call is available first if you want to talk through what you're experiencing before committing to a full session.
